Je n'utilise pas le fichier userChrome.css, mais il est visiblement
copié au bon endroit.<br>
Après quelques tests, avec un fichier userChrome.css comme ceci :<br>

Le fichier est donc bien pris en compte.<br>

Je pense donc qu'il y a un soucis avec les éléments que vous
essayer de masquer, peut être qu'ils ont changé de nom.<br>
Je n'ai rien trouvé la dessus sur internet en tout cas.<br>
